ANZ tops majors in satisfaction

ANZ has topped the majors in terms of customer satisfaction.

According to the latest Roy Morgan research, overall customer satisfaction with the big four climbed 3 per cent in the last year – up to 74.3 per cent.

But while all of the banks managed to improve their customer satisfaction levels, ANZ was the best performer, with 76 per cent of all customers saying they were satisfied with the major.
