Mortgage Choice calls off Count talks

Count Financial has confirmed it held preliminary discussion with Mortgage Choice about combining their respective mortgage businesses.

According to a report in The Australian Financial Review, Count Financial established discussions with the mortgage broker about entering a beneficial referral arrangement.

However, the discussions have since been called off without any agreement.
