Yellow Brick Road (YBR) has recognised its top branches and brokers at its 2016 national conference held in South Australia this week.

Yellow Brick Road Sydney CBD scooped up the most sought-after prize of the night and was named YBR’s National Branch of the Year.

This marks the second consecutive year the group has picked up the honourable title.

The conference also recognised those individuals who are leading in lending and financial advice.

Arthur Vlanes of Yellow Brick Road Frankston picked up the National Outstanding Performer Advice award, while Rogan Yates of Yellow Brick Road Sydney CBD received the National Outstanding Performer Lending award.

Hung Chuy of Yellow Brick Road Randwick was presented with the National Young Gun Lending award and Luke Shrewsbury of Yellow Brick Road Varsity Lakes/Robina was awarded the National Young Gun Advice title.

“This past year has been an incredible period of growth for Yellow Brick Road,” Yellow Brick Road chief executive officer Matt Lawler said.

“I’m very proud of all our award winners. These are men and woman who work hard to deliver on their mission to help locals achieve their financial hopes and dreams. I’m constantly impressed with their work ethic, dedication and am inspired by what they’ve achieved in such a short period of time.”

Looking ahead, Yellow Brick Road chairman Mark Bouris said the branches will look to continue this momentum in 2016 despite talks of a property market slowdown.

“The market has been reported to be slowing down in the December quarter yet Yellow Brick Road had the highest settlements in our history,” he said.

“Our network will not be deterred. I’m regularly impressed with the branch-owners' passion to help everyday Australians put a roof over their head and retire comfortably.

“Congratulations to all the award winners, nominees and network on your high achievement in 2015. I’m very proud to be part of the business we are building and look forward to working together reaching new heights in 2016 and beyond.”
