Smartline takes out top franchise honour

Smartline Personal Mortgage Advisers has taken out the number one spot in the nation’s top 10 franchise list compiled by research company 10 Thousand Feet.

Smartline was also ranked first in three of the five specific categories including support, rewards and passion.

The company came second and fourth in the willingness to refer and lifestyle categories respectively.

More than 170 franchises took part in survey which asked each business to rank their franchise with a comparison of more than 35 questions about their company’s system.

Speaking on the win, Smartline managing director Chris Acret said the result was testimony to the strength of the team culture embraced within the organisation.

Other franchises in the top 10 were Fernwood Women’s Health Clubs, Mortgage Choice and ANZ Mobile Lending
